Application of the Delphi Technique to Determine the Technological Competencies of a Faculty Member

<p style="text-align: justify;">The formed primary level and dynamic sustainable development of technological competence provides quality management teaching activities, increases the efficiency educational process, accelerates achievement pedagogical goals. Delphi expert assessment technique is increasingly used in paradigm pedagogy. Due to set advantages objectivity assessments, it has become dominant method this study. The objective study determine current manifestation competencies, as well generalized prospects for improvement identified within selected group freelance teachers using technology independent assessments –the method. In general, following methods were study: data collection coordination, anonymous brainstorming, technique, statistical mathematical processing results through formulas, comparative method, generalisations. diversified approach interpretation faculty members allowed determining: a) members’ knowledge modern technologies at 89.1%; b) activity-practical aspect training 83.0%; c) dissonance between theoretical empirical teacher algorithm fulfilling potential practice 21.5%; d) mastery individual creative organisation an effective process 55.9%; e) forecasted competencies 5-year perspective under condition application special control skill trainings 50.7%. Conclusion that according arithmetic mean experts’ differentiated levels competence, overall was 75.1%. average result initial student survey on estimating teachers’ 69.7%. difference 5.4% allows stating both relevant particular case.</p>
